Discovery Call
Service Description
As part of my practice, I offer a free 15-20 minute discovery call. It's a great chance for us to get to know each other and see if we're a good fit. We'll chat about what's on your mind, your goals, and what you hope to get out of counselling. You'll also be able to ask me any questions about my approach, experience, and fees. This call is an important first step in building a comfortable and effective therapeutic relationship.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in my schedule that another client could have filled. Therefore, I require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients cancelling within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full session cost.
